This is a late late post! I have actually gotten this set of nail polishes back in mid November but I was so busy and the review is only up now.
The China Glaze Tranzitions polishes comes in 3 creme shades and 3 foil shades. These nail polishes actually changed color when a top coat is applied over it. This makes life much easier for people who would just like to make a simple nail art. The procedure is very user friendly and anyone can now doodle on their nails with ease.
This is a dusty pink creme polish which can transits into a dark pink. The transition is very clear and define here.
This is a sea form creme polish (reminds me of the poslish For Audrey) which can transits into a deep mint green. The transition is clear and define here. The color matches pretty well for this one.
This is a periwinkle creme polish which can transits into dark blue. The transition is very clear and define here. My favorite in this collection! The periwinkle is so pretty that I feel like wearing it without a topcoat. Very beautiful blue.
This is a turquoise foil polish which can transits into chrome turquoise. Honestly, I can't spot any transition for this one. It looks just the same to me and this is definitely a huge disappointment. Luckily, the original turquoise doesn't look bad so I guess I can still wear it alone.
This is a grey metallic foil polish which can transits into blue grey. This transition is pretty mild too and not very clear unless you stare at it and observe it closely.
This is a gun metal foil polish which can transits into a deep bluish purple. This is pretty unique as the color after transit almost doesn't match the orginal fun metal tone. This is the best transition among the 3 foil polishes.
Here I mixed and matched the polishes and tried to do a simple checkered nails based on the China Glaze trailer and it looks pretty good!
Overall I am not very impressed by the foil polishes but the creme ones are definitely must have for any nail lovers.
